Kati was an undergraduate researcher in the lab, who did bother her honors thesis in the lab. She then was a research technician who worked on small RNA pathways that functions in the male (and female) germline of C. elegans. Kati is now a graduate student in UPenn's Cellular & Molecular Biolog - Genetics & Epigenetics program.

Natalie worked as a Postdoctoral fellow in the Conine Lab from 2021-2024. She was awarded (and renewed) a Lalor Postodoctoral Fellowship. Her research focused on epididymal acquired sperm mircoRNA's and their role in embryonic gene expression. She also worked on a collaboration project with the Kambayashi Lab that studied how the mouse microbiome and immune system can impact embryonic gene expression of progeny. Natalie is currently and ARC DERCA Fellow at the University of Newcastle, Australia.
